Apprenticeship Info

Definition: An apprenticeship is a structured training program in which an individual (the apprentice) learns a skilled trade through a combination of classroom instruction and on-the-job training under the supervision of experienced professionals.

Earn while you learn!  At the Flint/Saginaw Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (FSEJATC), apprentices have the unique opportunity to earn a living while they learn. Our programs combine hands-on work experience with rigorous classroom instruction, preparing participants for successful careers in the electrical industry.

Program Overview

Inside Wireman Apprenticeship
